Moscon Into Tour Of Guangxi Lead

Team Sky's Gianni Moscon is the new leader of the Tour Of Guangxi.Stage four was a 152km stage from Nanning to the Nongla scenic area and saw two early breaks from the peloton of 122 riders brought back before Stefan Kung, Pascal Eenkhoorn and Roger Kluge got into a break.Kluge dropped back leaving the duo with a lead of 3.10 after thirty kilometres. Kung took the first sprint with a point for race leader Fabio Jakobsen and then the second sprint as their lead fell to around ninety seconds.Eenkhoorn took the third sprint before Kung dropped him, only to be caught on the final climb to the finish with three kilometres to go. Team Sky's Gianni Moscon got clear going into the final kilometre and he stayed away to take the win and the lead of the race ahead of Felix Großchartner, Sergei Chernetskiy and  Carlos Verona.  "We were all full gas and I saw the other riders were really tired and I thought ‘now is the moment’,” said Moscon “I didn’t think about it, it was just a feeling. “I attacked and straight away had a small gap which I held to the end.”.read full article
